Outlook Online/365/web Auto-Save Email Draft - How to disable

We have about 50 employees who use Outlook online (just moved them from the desktop app) and every single one of them hate it because it auto-saves EVERY EMAIL they type out as a draft, even after it is sent.
How do we disable this in its entirety for the org? Or will this need to be done per individual, if available to do at all?

If you tell me 1. Select File > Options, 2. In the left pane, click Mail....etc, than you did not read what I am asking because those instructions are for the desktop app.

I need instructions for the WEB PORTAL for Outlook. NOT the DESKTOP app. In the online version, there is no setting in the options for any of this.

If this is NOT an option, can someone explain to me why they thought this was a good idea? Because it is an entirely stupid idea to keep this as ridged as it is.

This is a 100% sure-fire way to make people second guess the work they do and potentially triple the amount of emails being sent.

    Dear Kurt Johansen2,

    Good day.

I apologize for any confusion. To disable the auto-save feature for email drafts in Outlook on the web.

After thorough research, testing from my end and consulting, it’s been concluded that there is not currently feasible to disable auto-save feature for email drafts in Outlook on the web because there is not such us feature in outlook on the web. Since emails action are sync between outlook desktop and on the web so any action from outlook desktop will be reflect on the web. You need to disable it from outlook desktop.

Once again, We apologize if we are not able to meet your requirements; however, thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will surely raise you concerns to our Product Team and hopefully this can be included in the future updates. In the meantime, please feel free to post this in our Feedback community by visiting Outlook · Community (microsoft.com) as it is a community monitored by our Product team to help improve user experience with Outlook, via feedback given by our valuable customers.
