Hi,
In my organisation, we use the outlook calendar to organise meetings, etc. It is very useful to receive notifications via email when people respond.
However, I use the same tool to create seminars with many invitees, so it becomes very annoying to receive hundreds of mails and notifications for them. Is there a way to prevent outlook to send me emails for some of the events?

If I'm in the third option, does changing the "Response Options" send another meeting update to all invites?
Thanks,
I want to toggle the feature off for everyone! I never want email responses from meeting invites.
What if I have unchecked it but I'm still getting responses? This is a recent issue with a global email list at our organization and I am now getting 14k replies - accept, decline, out of office bounce backs. I've made rules so that these all go to my trash, but I would actually like to receive declinations from my team when I invite them to 1:1/smaller meetings. This is kind of a nightmare.
I'm guessing it's still not be answered as to how we can default turn off receiving email notifications for ALL meetings vs. having to remember to do it every time you send a meeting invite?
