Stop receiving email notifications of people responses for some events

Hi,

In my organisation, we use the outlook calendar to organise meetings, etc. It is very useful to receive notifications via email when people respond.

However, I use the same tool to create seminars with many invitees, so it becomes very annoying to receive hundreds of mails and notifications for them. Is there a way to prevent outlook to send me emails for some of the events?

    Hello,

Is there anyway to apply this to all the Meetings, instead of selecting Unchecking "Request Responses" for each meeting.

    Regards,

    Arman

I'm wondering the same. It's the one thing I cannot make a rule for in the new outlook and it's becoming annoying.

Hello, I used this feature on a calendar invite I sent out but now when I click into the event to see the RSVP list I get a notification stating that I did not request responses for that event. Therefore it is not showing me who has accepted or not. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Is there a way to make that a permanent setting on my outlook calendar? So that I don't have to remember to do that everytime I make a calendar invite?
