Hi,

When outlook takes half of my screen, the "normal" option under folder pane is greyed-out. Also, I cannot open the folder pane and "pin" it ("pin" icon is absent).

How can I ALWAYS have the folder pane visible ?

what is your screen resolution and display %?

It definitely should be enabled if Outlook is at full screen. I dont see a GPO to force it small but know it will be unavailable if you use Portrait mode.

Are you using outlook on a tablet in portrait mode or on a smaller screen? When the outlook window is small, the folder list cant be pinned open. This happens somewhere around 1000 pixels wide.
