Additional features, settings, or issues not covered by specific Microsoft Teams categories
Hi Aviv,
Thank you for reaching out. My name is Furkaan, a user just like you. I’d be happy to help you with your concerns. Unfortunately, directly creating pre-filled Loop component templates for new meetings in Teams isn't currently available. However, there are a couple of workarounds you can try to achieve a similar outcome:
Utilise the Default Loop Component:
Teams offers a default Loop component for meeting agendas. This component includes sections like "Agenda," "Meeting Notes," and "Action Items." While you can't pre-fill specific content, you can leverage these sections for consistency in your 1:1 meetings.
Create a Reusable Agenda Template:
Craft a Loop component outside of Teams with the desired agenda structure for your 1:1 meetings. This could include sections for topics, discussion points, or decisions. When creating a new Teams meeting, insert a new Loop component. Choose the "Bulleted List" option. Manually copy and paste the content from your pre-made template into the new Loop component.
Leverage Meeting Templates (Limited Functionality):
Teams allows creating meeting templates with pre-filled details like title, attendees, and time. Unfortunately, these templates currently don't support including Loop components.
