Hello T.Khang. I believe this issue error 0x800701AA is due to OneDrive timing out while attempting to sync a file from the cloud. It usually happens when the system has poor connectivity, OneDrive is stuck trying to access a large or remote file, or there’s a hiccup in cloud communication.

To fix it first close OneDrive completely from the system tray. Then press Win + R, type: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

Hit Enter and wait about 30 seconds. If OneDrive doesn’t relaunch, start it manually by running:
**%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe
**
This resets OneDrive’s cache and forces a fresh connection with cloud services.
