Please check if "Sync Contacts" is turned on for your PC in your iPhone's Bluetooth settings. Go to Settings > Bluetooth > tap (i) next to your PC name > turn on “Sync Contacts.”
This allows Phone Link to show contact names instead of just numbers. Let me know if it’s already on or still not working.
