How to fix a blue background with white dots on windows 10

Whenever I log in the background disappears and is replaced by a blue background with white dots and lines

    That usually indicates there is a problem with the graphics drivers.

    Go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and re-install (not update) the version of graphics drivers they provide, then restart (not shut down) your PC and check if that resolves the problem.

    If that does not resolve the problem.

    Open File Explorer, then paste this into the address bar and press Enter.

    %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Themes

    In the resulting folder, delete the Transcodedwallpaper file(s) and also delete the contents of the CachedFiles folder

    Restart (not shut down) your PC and set your preferred desktop wallpaper.
