Whitelist my program for Windows OS SmartScreen trust build

Hello, I am a software developer for the open-source program OpenRocket. We are about to release a new version of our program, and have already code-signed it, but Windows SmartScreen still marks the software as an unrecognized app. I think this has to do with building trust because the program isn't downloaded enough yet. However, for our last release, which was published in February of this year, one of our team members contacted Microsoft Support to ask for an acceleration of the trust program, which was successful; you generously whitelisted us. My question now is: is it possible to do this again for our new release?

I have to be honest: I don't know exactly if the team member that got us whitelisted also just contacted general technical support or did something else, we can't reach him anymore. So, I hope that I'm at the right address.

Here is the link to the download page of our previous release that got whitelisted in February of this year: https://openrocket.info/downloads.html?vers=22.02. Here's the link of the program we wish to release now: https://drive.google.com/file/d/10y8XfdU6LJ_pbvdfjNCCgk2_pu3TgzdV/view?usp=drive_link.

The code-signing was done through a Sectigo RSA Code Signing CA certificate.

Thanks you for your time.

Good day SVG_903, thanks for your question. I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. For this, you can head over to the link below and click software developer and go through the process from there and submit your app/file for analysis so that it can be exempted after it has been evaluated.
