Teams - restore deleted chat

Hello! Can you please help me with some hints regarding restore of the deleted 1:1 chats in Microsoft Teams?

I don't have access rights for e-discovery or content search and I am wondering if still there's a way without any admin..

Any help is more than welcomed.

    For regular user, it is about 30 minutes to restore the deleted message for the sender as below.

    After that, only administrator could restore the message by content search. Amy Babinchak wrote a blog to guide the steps. You could read it here.
