GOOGLE* Microsoft g.co/helppay# CA recurring debit card charge

The information that apeared on my credit card statement was : GOOGLE*MICROSOFT APPS G.CO HELPPAY#CA US.

I didn't buy anything and especially didn't make any recurring debit card.Please help me and let me know how to stop it and avoid it. Thanks

Do you have an Android phone/tablet or device? Looks like the subscription is coming through Google Play/Google account for a Microsoft product. Follow Google's instruction to see if you can locate this subscription? https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7673...

Just to be thorough, Can you go to your account https://account.live.com Sign in and go to Services & Subscription, do you see anything that matches the charges? If not, click on Order history instead and anything?

If you cannot locate the charges on your Google account or your Microsoft account at all, it's possible that your credit card has been compromised. This means unauthorized charges may have been made on someone else's Microsoft account using your credit card. In such a scenario, you should contact your credit card company to open a dispute case. Microsoft is unable to directly investigate issues related to someone else's account if you contact their Billing Support directly.
