Can I use Power Toys to CHANGE the function of a key, NOT REMAP to it?

I'm running Windows 11 Pro and have Power Toys. I want to CHANGE the function of a key, NOT REMAP to it. If I remap to it, the mapped key will become "orphaned" and not work. Is this possible with Power Toys or will I have to use a different app.?

My name is Jonathan Deives. I'm an Independent Advisor and I will be happy to help you.

With PowerToys you will only be able to remap the key/shortcut, making the "old" one not work.

To do this you will have to use another 3rd party software like AutoHotkey.

Thanks Jonathan...as I suspected. I've now downloaded AutoHotKeys and it's working great. Appreciate the help.
