Subject: Issue Connecting PC to Wi-Fi

Hello Microsoft Support,

For the past four days, I’ve been having trouble connecting my PC to Wi-Fi. Each time I turn on my PC, it’s unable to connect to the network, while my other devices (like my phone) connect without any issues. The only workaround has been restarting the Wi-Fi each time, but this isn’t a lasting solution.

I’d appreciate any guidance you can provide to help resolve this.

Thank you,

Johnny Moe

Hi,

thanks for the screenshots.

If you are using VPN, try uninstalling or temporarily disabling it and see if that helps. Otherwise if you haven't already, go to the support area of your computer manufacturer's website, enter the serial number or exact model of your laptop, then go to the Drivers section, download and install the latest available Wireless LAN driver for your wireless network card model. Also, download and install the latest available Bluetooth driver. Install the Bluetooth driver first, then the WiFi driver.

Try following here too:

The procedure is valid for any brand or model of wireless network adapter.

Specify the exact model of your computer or go to Start, type msinfo and attach a screenshot of the System Information page.

Also, specify the exact model of your network card or go to Device Manager expand network adapters and post the screenshot.
