I'm experiencing an issue with the Windows Update section in the Settings app. It seems like some functions or options are missing, as shown in the image below.
I have already checked my internet connection, but the problem persists.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any suggestions on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated!

Open the Settings App.
Go to System - Recovery.
In the 'Fix Problems with Windows Updates' section, click the 'Install Now' button and wait for that process to complete, then check if that resolves the problem.

You might have to do an in-place repair upgrade, which fixes corrupt files while keeping your files. To do this, either download the Windows 11 ISO, (you can find it here) or use the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool. If you download the Windows 11 ISO, mount it, and then run setup.exe (if you see a UAC Propmt, push yes). If you downloaded the MCT, run it (if you get a UAC Prompt, push yes). Push "Upgrade this PC Now". Let the MCT install the Windows 11 installation files, and then let it check for updates, and then let it repair and install Windows 11. The steps to use the setup.exe on the ISO are the same, except you don't have to push "Upgrade this PC now". Once Windows 11 finishes repairing, you should be back at the lock screen, or the OOBE.

I don't understand any of that.I tried to download the media one but it said it could harm my computer so I tried to trash it but it says it's open and I can't get it closed to do so. I'm not very knowledgeable about how to do this stuff.
In the fix problems with windows updates It says thats not available right now. Go figure!
