Screen Tearing Issues After Windows 24H2 Update

Since updating to Windows 24H2, I’ve been noticing screen tearing during regular use, such as scrolling through web pages, watching videos, and general multitasking.

  • My GPU drivers are up-to-date.
  • This issue wasn’t present before the update.
        Is anyone else encountering this?

    Thank you for the screenshots.

I think there is still a problem with your Nvidia drivers, try installing a couple of other versions of the drivers Nvidia provide on this link to try to find a version that resolves the screen tearing.

Otherwise, try using the Intel Driver and Support Assistant from the Intel website to upgrade your Intel integrated graphics drivers.

I have also been encountering this same issue after upgrading from 23H2 to 24H2, running an RX 6650 XT, drivers up-to-date and rolling back to 23H2 fixes this issue for me.

I have exactly the same problem, a graphics card RX 6650 XT and a processor Ryzen 5 3600

It appeared after updating Windows 11 to 24H2
