Yeah, I also got a ryzen 5 7500f. From my testing this issue only occurs mostly while doing intensive tasks, resulting in applications going into deadlocks and causing screen tears, which only seem to be visual and go away after a few seconds but reappear shortly after. I have tried reinstalling GPU drivers with DDU several times but i still have the same issue. My guess is there's something wrong with GPU-CPU sync caused by the latest update. For now I guess what there is to do is rollback to 23H2 and wait for an update fixing this matter.
Screen Tearing Issues After Windows 24H2 Update
Since updating to Windows 24H2, I’ve been noticing screen tearing during regular use, such as scrolling through web pages, watching videos, and general multitasking.
- My GPU drivers are up-to-date.
- This issue wasn’t present before the update.
Is anyone else encountering this?

I think there is still a problem with your Nvidia drivers, try installing a couple of other versions of the drivers Nvidia provide on this link to try to find a version that resolves the screen tearing.

Otherwise, try using the Intel Driver and Support Assistant from the Intel website to upgrade your Intel integrated graphics drivers.
