When I restarted my computer, the screen of my computer has zoomed in and I can't change the resolution or display. It says "100%(recommended)" and I can't make it less than 100%. How can I fix this problem?

Ok, right click on the AMD display adapter in Device Manager, enable it. Restart.

I think that might be all you need.

    Hello,

Could you press Windows key + Escape and see if that unzooms your screen?

Hope to hear back from you.

    Hello,

What's the current resolution set at? Is it at the highest value you can choose?

Can you share with me two screenshots please?

    1. Go to Device Manager > Display Adapters, I would like to see what's listed.
    2. Please type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, then share a screenshot of the pop up.

    Thanks!
