How to get rid of the popup that says "Get an app to open this 'ms-gamebar' link"

This is the pop up I'm talking about. It comes up every time I connect a Bluetooth controller.

How do I stop it from coming up? Game Bar is disabled in the settings.

Here is my windows build:

Windows for home | Windows 11 | Gaming

This does NOT resolve this issue. I have everything disabled and have even uninstalled all related unnecessary xbox components/apps and each/every time I plug in my controller (does it with any controller, doesn't matter whether it's an Xbox Elite 2 or Dual Sense Edge- same popup every time).

That said, does anyone know a solution to prevent this stupid popup window from displaying on my screen when I connect a controller to my PC? I am on Windows 11 (all drivers and updates are installed).

    Thanks,

Hi David, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.

Is this the option you disable in Settings? If not, go to Settings > Gaming > Game bar and ensure this is disabled.
