cant drag and drop files

when i try to drag and drop files a red circle with a diagonal line through it comes up and i cant place it anywhere

    Hello ,

    I’m here to help you in resolving your issue

    Try Drag and Drop Between Windows with the Same Permissions

    If you're dragging from a window running as Administrator to one that isn't (or vice versa), Windows blocks it.

    So, Run both apps (File Explorer or whatever you're dragging to) with equal permission level:

    Either run both normally, or Run both as Administrator.
