Location services locked in Windows 11

Just installed Windows 11. No problems with installation.

However, when going through settings adjustments, I find that settings/privacy and location/location, all entries are greyed out, and no changes can be made. Cannot turn on the location entry.

At the top of the page, there is an entry "Some of these settings are managed by your organisation". What organisation? This is my personal PC.

Appreciate any solutions.

No, these registries focus on removing any group policies that might have placed on the computer if you have ever signed into an organization account before, via Microsoft 365 for example. It wouldn't make things worse. Worst scenario, they will not find any, and delete nothing.

You have a typo in the command.

Between letter d and v, it is letter L. You can copy and paste the command instead of you want.

    slmgr /dlv

    Screen shot as requested.

Web suggests making changes via gpedit.msc or regedit, but had no success there.

    Hello,

Several possibilities can lead to this -

First thing first, Can you please type cmd in the search on the taskbar and hit enter to launch command prompt, then run the following command:

    slmgr /dlv

Then share a screenshot please. Thanks!
