The short answer is no. Microsoft cannot expedite the 30-day waiting process.
According to the Microsoft article below, 'When you remove all of your previous security information and replace it with something new, your account will be put into the restricted state for 30 days'.

So, you may be able to sign in with your account after 30 days to view your BitLocker Recovery key.
Please note that if you would like to use your device, you will have to do a clean installation of Windows 11 through a USB bootable installation media drive.

You will have to set up your device using a different Microsoft account.
After 30 days, you can sign in with your Old account.
Important - Reinstalling Windows using a USB bootable installation media will delete all your files stored in your device.
