If winre.wim is not shown in the output, you need to extract it from the ISO, as mentioned in the linked article in that thread.

I have browsed several threads regarding the failed update that gives the error 0x80070643.
The solution they have written was to manually resize the partition. After following the steps written in the "Instructions to manually resize your partition to install the WinRE update", I am now unable to re-enable the WinRE due to the WinRE image not being found.
I was wondering how to fix this and if there are any drawbacks having it turned off? Written below are the text in my cmd,

Sorry that I don't exactly understand the recovery method in that thread but here is the output,
