I've tried so many suggestions and this one finally worked!
Volume won't go over 37 and sound warning disappeared
After I plugged in a speaker to this laptop, I noticed that there is no way to increase volume over 37. There was no sound warning too. I connected my earbuds which I use everyday and have had no problem before, the same thing happens. How to fix?
Also there is no enhancement tab when both were connected.

2019-11-24T17:37:17+00:00 The "Realtek Audio Console" isn't even an option in my list of "Get Notifications from these apps" - how do I find it? I don't want to deal with the installing and uninstalling of drivers.
I'm a DJ and not being able to raise the volume on this laptop when I have the speakers plugged in is a real issue and is affecting the integrity and sounds of the music I play. :(

I'm using Windows 10 on a Samsung 2 in 1 laptop. I followed the steps I have posted out and found it easily.
