    Thank you for replying.

Event viewer will show some errors which are not always relevant or meaningful. Check if you are facing any issues on the computer when the specific event is created. Please ignore these errors if you are currently not facing any issues with your computer. If you have any issues, we need event viewer logs to serve you better.

For more information see what information appears in event logs? (Event Viewer)http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/what-information-event-logs-event-viewer#1TC=windows-7

Get back to us if you need further assistance on Windows, we will be happy to help you.

    Hi there,

I don't have any issues trying to connect to the Internet. The anti-virus installed is Avast. No changes have been made to the computer.

None of the steps found any issues.

    Thank you.

    Hi Lighthouse Party,
