The problem with doing this is that the preview window produced by Edge when I use the option Microsoft Print to PDF, contains just the first page of the discussion. and I want to print the whole discussion. Isn't that possible ??

Hello Belloc, I'm here to help with your problem.

As you mentioned, only the first page was printed.

How about exporting your conversation instead of using the option Microsoft Print to PDF?

We can export the conversation from the following screen.

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask me.

Best regards,

Yu

Unfortunately I won't be able to show the error message. As I said, I believe my Edge browser was updated yesterday as soon as I logged into Windows 10 on my desktop. So I don't think the error message will appear from now on.

    Hi Belloc,

I'm glad to hear you could export your conversation with Copilot.

Can you give me a hard copy of the message displayed the next time you see a similar error again?

I will investigate the cause from there.

    Thank you,

    Yu

    Hello Kikuchi.

Your answer is correct. But there's something that intrigues me about what happened yesterday when I was trying to figure out why my PDF wasn't showing up beyond the first page. I can tell you, I tried to “export” the PDF yesterday but it didn’t work. I got an error message that I can't remember at the moment. As soon as I received your response today, I tried "exporting" the PDF a second time and it worked without a hitch. And this is the second time something like this has happened to me in the last 2 or 3 months.

My next question is: Did Copilot already suspect yesterday that my Edge probably wasn't updated, and marked my machine to update my Edge the next time I log into Windows? At least that would explain these apparent coincidences. I know that my Edge is updated now, but I don't know whether it was updated yesterday

    .

    Thank you for your help.
