I have registered more than 50 Verified ID credentials, but the credentials screen does not display more than 50 of them. In this state, I cannot change the credentials. I also cannot delete the credentials. Please tell me what to do.

Could you let us know what type of Verified ID you're using (e.g., via Microsoft Authenticator or custom issuer), any more details will be helpful to understand it better
I am registering custom credentials through Azure Portal, not through Microsoft Authenticator.

Microsoft Entra Verified credentials management UI currently does not support more than 50 credentials, If you want to revoke the credentials Refer this MsDoc

If you want to register more than 50 Verified ID certificates on the Azure Portal, you will have to record the URL used for registration.
