You are facing this issue because your account has been blocked for MFA due to a bad reputation. To unblock MFA, we need to contact our engineering team to remove the bad reputation from your account.

I am unable to complete the SMS/phone verification process when signing in to my Microsoft account.

I keep receiving Error Code 399287. I believe my phone number may have been blocked by Microsoft's Phone Reputation system.

I kindly request your assistance in reviewing this issue and escalating it to the Microsoft Entra Engineering team to remove the phone reputation restriction.

Here are my troubleshooting details:
