Teams Not Working, Even Though There is a WiFi Connection

My Microsoft Teams doesn't work with a certain WiFi connection, but when I connect with another WiFi it works normally. I have tried tweaking the firewall, flushing cookies and DNS caches, yet nothing seems to work. This is extremely urgent, as I really need to use Teams tomorrow, and the same is happening for my phone. When I try to connect with the WiFi that doesn't work, it shows me this error message:

This site can’t be reached
Check if there is a typo in teams.microsoft.com.
If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

I've got the same issue. Teams files works on one network, not on two distinct different networks in two different states. My phone works on all three wifi's. I recently (for a different reason) did a clean factory reset of my laptop. No changes. I check defender log, nothing. My previous laptop worked just fine, but had a VPN, this one does not. I changed to OpenDNS versus the automatic, no luck.

Soooo I put my phone onto cellular data only. It's slower, but teams works on the phone. I set up my hotspot, connect the laptop. drum roll please. when i open up the file, it works. i switch back to the wifi, the file opens(!). But other files do not.

So the simple things are not the problem. I need help. running my phone hotspot all day long is not cool.

Hmmmm, it appears maybe onedrive is hanging also.

I appreciate all the help you can provide!

Resolved the problem. wifi adapter has both ipv4 and ipv6 enabled. turned off ipv6, rebooted, and now i can access the files.

As you said Teams isn't working with specific WiFi connection, you need to check that WiFi connection. If it is paid, you can contact the network admin or ISP to get this issue resolved.

@Koushik Tanvita The connection is most likely being blocked by the Internet Service Provider or WiFi administrator. You will need a different network to connect to Teams.

Must be a paid Wifi with an authentication page before that blocks DNS...
