Figure not correctly show

Hi experts,

Now, I want to create a column in the "All_loan" table to sum up a column in the "ledger" table. However, the amount (red rectangle) only sum up all value without referring to date slicer. I suspect the problem happens because the "All_loan" table does not have a Date column to link up. Could anyone help to solve this problem.

The green rectangle is the correct amount summing up all value in the "Ledger" table. It is created by Measure.
