Hello,

Check if your home Wi-Fi is running on a frequency band (e.g. 5GHz) that is not supported by your PC's Wi-Fi adapter. Older Wi-Fi adapters may only support 2.4GHz. It is recommended to check the WiFi adapter frequency band as follows.

Open the network adapter-----wlan properties----configure----advanced---find wireless mode

Best regards

Zunhui
