Blocked by registering as microsoft developer

I want to publish an extension on Edge. So I am trying to register as a developer.

I have created a MSA account and registered in Microsoft partner center. And then I tried to enroll Edge program. But I got stuck in filling form step.

Every time I clicked the "Finish" button, the page always come back to filling form page after refreshing.

And then I went to "Account settings -> Legal info" to check my account verification status, and the developer tab is always loading, nothing shown.

Could you help me on this?

Sounds like you might have missed something when filling out the form. Have you noticed any error message on that page? Could you please provide a screenshot of the filled form? You can blur out the private information of course.

Hi @J C,

Thanks for your screenshot. Microsoft Partner Center Registration has a known issue that State/province section does not accept full State/province name. You can actually solve this issue and complete the registration by filling the State/province section with abbreviations.

For example, enter SH for Shanghai.

Hi @J C,

No problem. It used to have a banner showing you the error message, but for some reason it didn't. Maybe the site's had an upgrade recently and the banner stopped working.
