PIM Approval request doesnt show up to approve.. But Email Does

Hi,

since this morning when i am trying to active my global admin, every other eligible global admin gets my request as an Email. After clicking on the Button in the Email to approve/deny the request it opens up the according window in m365 portal but my activation request does not show up.. Any solution to this?

I understand that you have submitted a PIM request for approval for your global administrator role, but the approvers are unable to see your request in their approval list.

Approvers have 24 hours to approve requests. If a request isn't approved within 24 hours, you will need to resubmit a new request. Could you please confirm if the approvers are attempting to approve the request within the 24-hour timeframe?

Also, could you confirm with your approvers if they are able to view your approval request using the Graph API?

    • Make sure the approvers are logged into the Microsoft 365 portal before clicking the email link. Sometimes, session issues can cause the request not to appear.
    • Open the browser's developer console (usually by pressing F12) and check for any errors or warnings when clicking the email link and navigating to the portal.
    • Ensure there are no network issues or restrictions that might be blocking the request from appearing in the portal.
