US date format when embedding PowerApp into SharePoint

Looking for help! I have developed an app in PowerApps. When using the app in PowerApps, the date input is UK (dd/mm/yyyy). I have now embedded the app in SharePoint and the date input has changed to US (mm/dd/yyyy). I have tried the following:

Checked and confirmed all settings in PowerApps are UK
Checked and confirmed all settings in SharePoint are UK
Republished and re-embedded the app after checking all of these options were correct
Changed the settings in SharePoint to 'friendly'

Hi @Agnes F,

Have you tried to set "dd/mm/yyyy" by selecting the Format property from the let-hand dropdown.

Thanks for the work arrount..... But..... This is a work arround and not a solution and the issue should be addressed rather than just being another Microsoft quirk that you have to work around. It should be able to take the site settings, just like it takes the system settings, and format it correctly.
