I have the SQL Server 2014 std license key. Where can I find ISO file to download it?

There is no official link to download SQL Server 2014 Standard Edition. If possible, you need to contact the Microsoft Licensing Center or get help from a licensed supplier.
SQL Server 2014 is out-of-support, therefore you won't find a public download.
You would need a MS subscription to get it.

If you have a Visual Studio subscription you can get it that way. If you have access to the Partner site it may be there.
Else... Contact your local Microsoft contact and ask for help. Standard Edition has never been available for public download for any version of SQL Server.
Hm, a possible trick would be to create a Azure virtual machine and snatch the ISO that way. If you get access to it, that is. And if you do, I am not sure that it is considered legit to do so, even if you have a license key.
