Problems accessing banking websites - Widows 10

In the last 24 hours, out of the blue, I have only been able to access my banking sites if I use a VPN. This has never happened before. If I use another PC connected to the same wireless network there are no problems browsing or accessing my banking sites. Once I go back to my main PC If I then turn the VPN off the banking sites remain available. If I then shut down and restart my PC I once again cannot access any banking websites without once again turning on my VPN (Cyberghost). I have scanned my computer with Trend Online Scanner, my own Malwarbytes and AVAST apps and there seem to be no infections. No other PC (there are two) does this on my wireless network and my phone can access the sites when using my wireless network at home. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

It may be due to DNS issues, browser settings, network configurations, or even the firewall/antivirus software on your main PC. Since other devices on the same network aren't affected, it suggests the problem is localized to your main PC.

Open Command Prompt as an Administrator and run the following commands:

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

Additionally, you can try using Google's DNS or Cloudflare's DNS:

Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Cloudflare DNS: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1

Reset Network Settings.

Reset the Router.
