Microsoft Search insights and configuration - Download Report using API or Power Automate

SharePoint site collection administrators will be able to get insights regarding the total number of search queries performed, number of results by type over time, top searched queries etc. from Site Settings.

Site Settings->Search Insights and Configuration

Along with graphical representation, it provides an option to download excel report with relevant data. Data for last 28 days as well as for last 12 months can be retrieved.

Is there a way to download this report without manual intervention?

Is there any API endpoints (Graph API) or Power Automate solution to download this report?

Hi @Varghese, Ajith (Cognizant) , I'm running into the exact same need: I'd like to automate downloading this report (Search Insights) without having to do it manually from Site Settings.

Did you end up finding a solution, whether through an undocumented endpoint, a PowerShell script, or some other workaround? Any feedback would be really helpful.

Thank you posting in this community.I am afraid the Graph Api and Power Automate don't have a relevant way to get Microsoft Search insights and configuration reports.

Both the Graph API and Power Automate are dedicated to managing (getting, modifying) data in SharePoint, and there is no ability to get relevant reports for the time being.
