Cannot create Bing search v7 resource. bing resources are suspended?

pol 20

I have the same issue as this post:

I get an internal server error with:

Firstly, Could you please check and confirm if you are able to create other Azure resources successfully ? Is the issue only with Bing resource creation ?

We have unblocked your subscription id 7fb6XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXX-XXXXXX191787 . You should now be able to create the Bing resource.
