I am not able to create Azure Synapse Workspace

While trying to create a workspace I am getting error. I tried to create using many different locations/regions but still no luck.
Can somebody help me with this ?

    Open your subscription > Resource providers > Register Microsoft.SQL if it is not registered

    Microsoft.SQL already registered in resource provider.

    Still not able to create Azure synapse , quite frustrating

    I will have to delete all SQL resources to deregister, it's absurd

    I deregistered Microsoft SQL and registered again and then tried to create Synapse WS - it worked for me.

    "message": "Location '' is not accepting creation of new Windows Azure SQL Database servers at this time.

    The error message code says bad request

    As the error message also says "message": "Location '' is not accepting creation of new Windows Azure SQL Database servers at this time.

    Try switching the location and try again. It should resolve
