Additional features, settings, or issues not covered by specific Microsoft Teams categories
Hi @Percy Ricra
As an admin, you can control caller ID for both inbound and outbound calls. When a user makes a call, you can change the caller ID to display your organization's main phone number and company name instead of the user's phone number. You can create a custom caller ID policy:
- In the left navigation of the Microsoft Teams admin center, go to Voice > Caller ID policies.
- Select Add.
- Enter a name and description for the policy.
- Turn on or off Block incoming caller ID and Override the caller ID policy.
- Enter a Calling Party Name. This is the name that will appear on outbound calls.
- Enter a Calling Party Number. This is the number that will appear on outbound calls. You can use the default number, a service number, or a user number.
- Select Save.
- To assign the policy to your users, go to Users > Active users.
- Select the users you want to assign the policy to, and then select Edit settings.
- Under Policies, select the caller ID policy you created, and then select Save.
