Excel file damaged again for no reason? !

Every day, I use the bat file( As shown in the picture) to open 20 independent Excel 2021 files 01 to 20, but from time to time, I will encounter a (random) file that crashes and cannot be opened (sometimes two), and then press Alt+Excel to display the safe mode (As shown in the picture), the crash occurs again after continuing to open the file; even if it can be opened, it is a backup file, which must be saved to overwrite the old file, but the new file loses the macro function for no reason (as shown in the picture)? Tried the following but still can't solve the problem:

  1. Restart the computer and open the file
  2. Restart the computer and open the file
  3. Use the Excel backup file to open
  4. Use yesterday's backup file with the same name to open
  5. Reinstall the electronic version of Office 2021
  6. Reinstall Windows 11 Pro
  7. Replace new RAM (2x16G)

The VBA files (*.xlsb) that can be opened normally every day is damaged for no reason and cannot be recovered!

The final solution is to delete the damaged file, copy other files and rename them instead to open normally, but all content must be redone.

This problem has been going on for a few days and cannot be cured for a year and a half. The problem has been reported to Microsoft and also reported to the machine manufacturer (Dell Precision 3650), but the problem is still unknown and cannot be solved.

Now post again to urge the relevant personnel of Microsoft to pay attention to the problem and understand the reason to fix it.

Excel could not be started last time. Safe Mode can help you troubleshoot problems, but some features may not be available in this mode.

Do you want to start in safe mode?

After deleting the damaged file, I tried to open the backup file with the same name as yesterday, and Excel displayed the VBA security prompt (as shown in the figure). If I choose to cancel, the file can be opened normally, but VBA cannot be used; if I choose to enable, Excel will crash.

I also tried to delete the temporary file in Excel and open the file again, but the situation is still the same.

It is estimated that the reason may be related to the opening of VBA?

Excel workbooks that are open during the shutdown can get corrupted. While working on your Excel workbooks, your computer updates and saves the data to its hard drive. Unexpected power cuts can interrupt this file-saving process and cause Excel file corruption

In the past, it took 5-6 minutes to manually press Alt+Excel to open one by one or use Power Automate to open 20 files one by one twice a day, but it only took 5 seconds to complete with a script.

This is the choice of time and risk!

If it's a script opening problem that causes Excel to crash, there's no reason for the file to be corrupted? Over the past year and a half, dozens of irreparable files have been destroyed.

I once wondered whether to use the script bat to continuously open Excel, the program is too fast and the random file crashes? There is no problem because manually press Alt+Excel to start one by one.
