What is the make and model of the computer / motherboard?
Find multiple flash drives that you can format (> or = 8 GB).
On a working computer create tools to use on the problematic computer.
1) Create a bootable Memtest86 flash drive:

2) Create a bootable Sea Tools flash drive:

3) Create a new bootable Media Creation Tool (MCT) (Windows 10 iso):

3) Boot to the BIOS
a) Make sure that if available secure boot is disabled / off

b) Make sure that if available ultrafast boot is disabled /off
c) Post images or share links displaying the UEFI / CSM and/or Legacy settings
4) Boot to the Memtest86 flash drive

Run Memtest86 for 4 passes > take pictures > post images or share links into this thread
Memtest86 has a feature to create text reports.
If possible include the text reports with the images in the share links.
5) Boot to the Sea Tools flash drive

Run the Sea Tools Long Generic test > take pictures > post images or share links into this thread
