surface pro 11 will not turn on. how do i get a reoair order?
My surface pro 11 will not turn on. I have tried all of the troubleshoots. I cant get a service order because the website keeps telling me to download a toolkit. If the machine won't turn on, obviously I can't download the toolkit!
