So for the past month i've seen people get their Microsoft account stolen after they try syncing up with fake copy of a real Minecraft's server on website or Discord. Of courese this is the exact way I got my account hacked. What happends is you simply try to verify your Email with Minecraft account, you type in your Email and username, you get a code via Minecraft server, you type the code in the Discord or website and thats how your account gets stolen. I still dont exactly understand how this fully works, but hacker acceses your Microsoft account because, Minecraft, Xbox and Microsoft have the same account and changes all the acccount information: Email, password, deletes passkeys, etc. After you try logining in your Microsoft account with your Email, it shows "We couldn't find a Microsoft account. Try entering your details again, or create an account." And thats the problem, you cannot get your account back in any way, all Microsoft's "fixes" need an exsiting Email.

So for example how I got hacked. I tried to verify my account on MCtiers, but i didnt notice one small thing. When you search MCtiers on google, the first thing that shows up is a website, a fake one. MCtiers.gg and MCtiers.net, in this situation MCtiers.gg is the fake one, they look identical and the fake one will show up first when you try searching for the website. There are plenty of these fake websites and Discord servers which will steal your account.

I am writing this to ask for Microsoft to look into this issue, because a lot of Players have lost their accounts this way, with no way to get it back.

    Hello

Welcome to the Microsoft Outlook Community

Good afternoon, @Hug Berta . I understand the difficulty in regaining access to your account. As the verification of ownership is performed by Microsoft systems, we are unable to recover or change the account directly through the Community.

If you were unable to complete the recovery normally, I recommend using the Microsoft Sign-in Helper first. If necessary, it can direct you to the recovery form:

    https://aka.ms/sign-in-helper

When filling out the form, provide as much account-related information as possible. Microsoft advises that the analysis and result are sent to the email address provided in the form, typically within 24 hours.

If the account is blocked or suspended, the procedure is different and the specific reactivation form indicated by Microsoft must be used.

     Account Reinstatement Form

To access dedicated support and speak with an agent:

Go to this link Contact – Microsoft Support

Briefly describe your problem in the search box

Scroll to the bottom of the page -> select Sign in to contact support

Sign in to another available personal Microsoft account.

Under Products and Services, select "Other Products"; under Categories, select "Manage account security" and click Confirm.

Click "Chat with a support agent in your browser" (Business hours only)

I hope these guidelines help guide your application. If possible, come back to report the result. Your feedback can also help other community members who are going through a similar situation
