Subject: Urgent: All URLs on my domain are "Blocked — URL cannot appear on Bing"

Details:

All URLs on my verified site are showing "Blocked" in the Bing Index tab of URL Inspection. However, the Live URL test confirms HTTP 200 and that the pages are technically crawlable.

There is no manual action or policy violation notice in the portal. I have checked:

  • No blocks in the Block URLs section.
  • robots.txt allows bingbot.
  • No noindex tags on pages.

This appears to be a domain-level restriction or quality flag in Bing's internal system. I have already fixed any potential technical issues (e.g., crawler access). Please have a human engineer review the domain status and lift the block if possible.

    Please include representative affected URLs and screenshots showing both the blocked status and successful Live URL tests. We can’t inspect Bing’s internal domain status or escalate directly from this forum, so I can’t confirm the cause or promise that the block will be lifted.
