Submit a Broken streak request to Microsoft Rewards Support now, because only that team can review private account activity and consider restoring the 1,013-day streak or incorrectly consumed protection days.^1^
Submit the request
- Open the Microsoft Rewards Broken streak support form.
- Sign in with the same Microsoft account that owns the 1,013-day streak.
- Include:
- The approximate date and time the desktop Daily Set, counter, and tracking panel disappeared.
- Your current streak length: more than 1,013 days.
- That the Daily Set appears on mobile but does not register.
- That Streak Protection has consumed days while the tasks were unavailable.
- Your current remaining protection balance: 5 days.
- Your country/region, PC browser, and mobile app/device.
- Attach screenshots showing:
- The missing modules on the desktop Rewards dashboard.
- The mobile Daily Set before and after completing it.
- Any completed checkmarks or points credited.
- The streak and remaining protection-day values.
- The device date, time, and time zone.
- Explicitly request:
- Review of the Rewards account activity/server-side tracking.
- Preservation or restoration of the 1,013-day streak.
- Review and restoration, if available, of protection days consumed because the Daily Set was missing or failed to register.
A suitable ticket description is:
My Microsoft Rewards account had a Daily Streak of more than 1,013 days. The entire Daily Streak counter, Daily Set banner, and Streak tracking panel are now missing on desktop. The Daily Set appears on mobile, but completed activities do not register. Streak Protection is consuming days even though the tasks are unavailable or cannot be recorded, and only five protection days remain. Please review my account activity, preserve or restore my streak, and review the protection days consumed during this issue. Screenshots and device/time-zone details are attached.
Important limitation
This Q&A forum cannot access Microsoft account logs or manually change Rewards data. Rewards Support handles account-specific investigation and restoration requests; comparable cases involving incorrectly consumed protection days are also directed there.^2^
Streak Protection normally consumes one day when a daily task is missed while protection is active. Microsoft provides 14 days per calendar year, and the user-facing system has no way to add more days after they are exhausted.^3^ Therefore, do not wait until the remaining five days are gone before opening the case.
While the case is pending
Continue attempting the Daily Set and capture evidence each day. Also avoid changing accounts, using a VPN, or using a device with a different time zone: Microsoft lists account mismatch, VPN use, and time-zone differences among reasons a streak may not be recognized.^4^
If the support form does not submit, use the general Microsoft Rewards Support page while signed in to the affected account.
