Azure openAI models retired (4.1 mini)- best options for UK South Deployment

Hi everyone,

I'm currently building a platform on Azure, utilising an LLM, for a healthcare application in the UK. This therefore means it needs certain rules around the hosting (ie preferably in the UK south server but at worst in an EU server).

I saw the email today about this model being retired and the regional replacement being gpt 5 mini. Can I ask whether this model can be hosted on UK south servers, or even more generally on regional EU servers?

I am not sure I understand if it can when I look on the pricing page.

As the model will involve medical data, the data protection rules are particularly important.
