Hi,

I have a Windows Arm-based PC and would like to know whether it can connect to a mobile (cellular) network before I buy a SIM card. If it can, please could you explain how to set this up?

Do you men you want to purchase a SIM card and insert it into your laptop for a WiFi connection, or connect your laptop to a mobile hotspot on your phone?

If you want to insert the SIM card into your laptop, it depends on whether that laptop has a SIM card slot and also a WWAN card, I need to check your hardware.

Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

    2

Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.

    Expand the 'Network Adapters' section.

Please provide a screenshot of that full window
