Minecraft gifting issues

during the past few days, i've been attempting to gift my brother Minecraft standard edition. but every time a "We're having trouble processing your payment." message pops up. Could you investigate whether there is a known issue affecting Minecraft gift purchases or Microsoft Store payments in Singapore? i'm fairly certain this isnt my cards problem as my friend have also faced an identical problem when he aided me to gift my brother instead.

thank you microsoft support
