Course completion certificate

Completing the Azure Administrator learning content does not generate a course-completion certificate; for internal validation, download your Microsoft Learn transcript as a PDF unless you also passed AZ-104 and earned the certification.

If you completed self-paced Microsoft Learn training

Microsoft Learn awards achievements for completed modules and learning paths rather than a course certificate.^1^

Provide your transcript as completion evidence:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the account used for the training.
2. Select your profile picture → Profile.
3. Select Transcript from the profile menu.
4. Confirm that the completed modules appear.
5. Select Print → Save to PDF.
6. Submit that PDF internally. Alternatively, select Share link to generate an online transcript link.^2^

If you attended instructor-led AZ-104T00 training

Request the achievement code from your instructor or training provider, then redeem it to claim the course achievement badge. The AZ-104T00 course supports an achievement code, and Microsoft distinguishes this badge from an exam-earned certification.^3^

If you passed AZ-104 and earned the certification

A Microsoft certification is earned by passing the required exam, not by completing its training material.^4^

To print the earned certificate:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn.
2. Select your profile picture → Profile.
3. Go to Credentials → Certifications.
4. Find Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
5. Select View certification details → Print.^5^

You can also open Transcript, select Print, and choose Save to PDF. For online verification, open the certification details and select Share.^6^

If the certification is missing despite passing the exam, use Credentials support from the Sharing Microsoft Credentials page.^6^
