Allow up to 24 hours after passing DP-900 for the result and certificate to appear in your Microsoft Learn profile, then check the Credentials → Certifications section using the same account used to register for the exam.^1^
Check and download the certificate
- Sign in to your Microsoft Learn profile.
- Select your profile picture, then Profile.
- Select Credentials in the left menu.
- Open the Certifications tab.
- Find the DP-900 certification and select View certification details.^2^
- From the Certification Dashboard, select View Certificates, select the certificate, and download it.^3^
If it is still missing after 24 hours
- Try every personal, work, or school Microsoft account that might have been used during exam registration. Multiple Learn profiles are a common reason that an earned credential appears to be missing.
- Check Profile → Transcript to see whether the passed exam is recorded.
- If neither the exam nor certification appears under the correct profile, contact Microsoft Credentials Support through the support link provided in the missing-certifications guidance.^4^
Include your exam date, exam name, score report, exam provider, and Microsoft Certification ID if available. Do not post those details publicly.
If the exam was taken through Certiport
Certiport-earned exams and certifications currently do not appear in the Microsoft Learn profile. Manage and download the credential through your Certiport Test Candidate account instead; contact Certiport Customer Service for account problems.^4^
The Azure Data Factory tag is unrelated to certification delivery; missing exam credentials are handled by Microsoft Credentials Support rather than the Azure product forum.
